Fonzu restaurant originated from the year 1978, it started as a boutique family oriented restaurant in Tokyo.

The founder Mr. Nakajima Tatsuya is a perfectionist in creating recipe. With such a complicated process, due to his believe in “only using the fresh ingredients” for anything, the secret recipes only known to his appointed associate, executive chef for Jakarta Chef Inoe Kikuo, who used to be in charge for Fonzu in Shinjuku.
